Our ReplyDesk platform is awesome, but it does not do you any good without your selling marketplaces linked. So, in this article, we will be going through how to link each of the individual marketplaces to the ReplyDesk platform. Most of our integrations, are just point and click, but a few can get slightly more complex, so find your integration below to see exactly how it's done!

Reaching the Integration Screen

The first thing we need to do is reach the main Integration Screen. To do this we need to use the Profile Icon, in the lower left-hand corner, and choose integrations from the menu that pops up.

This brings us to the main Integration Screen where we will be Linking our Marketplaces.

eBay

The first Marketplace we are going to Link is going to be eBay. To get started we just need to click on the eBay logo.

This brings us to the eBay Integration Screen. From here, we need to select Add eBay Account.

This will cause the Add an eBay Account pop-up to appear. Make sure you are logged out of all eBay accounts on your machine and select Add.

This will bring up the eBay Login Dialog box in a new window. Enter your login credentials, and log in. You will be asked to grant permissions to ReplyDesk, accept the permissions and you will receive a success screen indicating your store has been added.

Additionally, your marketplace will now be listed in the table in your eBay Integration Screen.

Your eBay Marketplace is now connected!

Shopify

To link your Shopify storefront, begin by hovering over the Shopify logo from the main Integration Screen. It will give you the option to Add an Existing Shopify Store or Create a New One.

Selecting Create New Shopify Store will take you to the Shopify website to begin the account creation process. Clicking Add Existing Shopify Store will take you to the Shopify Integration screen where we can choose Add Shopify Account to add in our store.

You will be redirected to a Shopify Login window. Once logged in agree to grant ReplyDesk the necessary permissions to integrate your account and you should then get a success window telling you your store has been added.

If we now go back and check in our Shopify Integration page, we will see our store added into our list.

NOTE: To finish fully integrating Shopify you must set up E-mail Forwarding. To learn more about completing the Forwarding Process check out our article on it, Here.

Etsy

To link your Etsy store, first select the Etsy logo from the Main Integration screen. This will take you to the Etsy Integration screen.

From the Etsy Integration screen, select Add Etsy Account.

Next, we encounter a pop-up telling us we are about to add our Etsy account, and letting us know that we MUST have an active Etsy shop for the integration to work. Click Add to be redirected to the Etsy Login page.

Fill out your login information and click Sign In.

Once you log in, you will have to agree to grant permissions to ReplyDesk and then you will receive the Success message letting you know your account has been successfully added.

If we go back and check our Etsy Integration page we will our store now added into the list.

Note: To finish fully integrating Etsy you must set up E-mail Forwarding. To learn more about completing the Forwarding Process check out our article on it, Here.

WooCommerce

We start off linking our WooCommere account the same way by clicking on the logo on the Main Integration Screen.

This takes us to our WooCommerce Integration screen where we need to select Add WooCommerce Account.

This brings up a pop-up where we need to enter our WooCommere store URL. Once you have added your store URL, you can click Add Store.

In the pop-up we need to enter our login information for our WooCommerce store and then click Login.

Approve the permissions for ReplyDesk.

If we go back to our WooCommerce Integration screen, our store should now be in the list.

BigCommerce

Starting on our Main integration screen, select the BigCommerce logo.

This takes us to the BigCommerce Integration screen. We can select Add BigCommerce Account to begin the integration process.

We then get a pop-up that gives us an option between adding an existing store or creating a new one. For this example, we will assume you already have a store, if you do not you will need to create one using the Sign Up button. Hit Log In to continue.

Enter your credentials and Log In to continue.
