First Steps in ReplyDesk

This article will walk you through the process of logging into your ReplyDesk account for the first time.

Welcome to the ReplyDesk family! We are so glad to have you here. We are here to help you make business communication a breeze with our ReplyDesk messaging platform. Handle all your correspondence for all your storefronts right here from the comfort of the Replydesk workspace. Before we can start answering messages, we have to get set up, so let's start at the beginning, with logging into ReplyDesk for the very first time.




Welcome to ReplyDesk

When you first log in, you will be greeted by the Welcome to ReplyDesk screen. Click Get Started to continue.


Next, you will be asked for some basic profile information. At the bottom of this page, you will need to select what platforms you currently sell on. Choose your current platforms and click Next Step.


The following page will ask you to connect your marketplaces. Select your marketplace and follow the prompts to connect your storefronts. For in-depth information on how to link marketplaces, view our complete article, here.


Once your storefronts are connected, you can click Finish to complete the onboarding process. You will get a message telling you where you can go to complete your profile, get assistance from support, and more.
