Nobody can do it alone and ReplyDesk knows that. That's why we're here to make your life easier, and to go even farther we're going to let you bring your friends. ReplyDesk makes it easy to onboard multiple users into our platform, while still keeping everything separated and giving the owner of the account complete control over who has permission to do what. Each Team Member has their own unique ReplyDesk login and their activity across the platform is tracked in your Insights tab. But first, let's get our friends added in so they can give us a hand.

  1. Accepting an Invitation

  2. Managing Teammates

Inviting Teammates

The first thing we need to do when trying to Invite Teammates is navigate to the Teammates screen. We can do this by using the Profile Icon in the Lower Left-hand corner of our screen and selecting Teams from the menu.

From the Teammates screen you can view your current team members, manage them, and in our case invite a new teammate. To do this, we want to click Invite Teammate near the top of the screen.

First, you will need to fill out your teammates' name and then input a valid e-mail address for the invitation link to be sent to. Click Next when finished.

Next, we have to set our permissions. We can choose which stores the new team member has access to and also what tools/features inside of ReplyDesk they can use. In our example, we are giving our teammate full access to all of our stores, and all features except Billing. Once your permissions are set click Next to send your Invite.

The Invitation should now be sent. Our teammate should in our list as invited, and we will get a success notification in the corner letting us know the invitation went out.

Once they accept, their status will update to Joined, their Helpdesk capability must be manually enabled, however, because this could potentially cause your plan cost to change.

Once you enable HelpDesk capability, your new teammate is all set up and ready to go.
