Before uploading, ensure your CSV file is formatted correctly. Each row should represent one shipment and include:

  • Tracking Number: A unique identifier for the shipment.

  • Carrier Name: The shipping provider’s name (use the exact spelling displayed in ReplyDesk).

  • Order Information: Provide one of the following:

    • Order ID and Item ID, or

    • Transaction ID.

Example Format:

Step 2: Upload the CSV to ReplyDesk

  1. Make sure your orders are synced in ReplyDesk.

  2. Go to the Tracking CSV section.

  3. Click the Upload Tracking CSV option.

  4. Follow the prompts:

    • Select your CSV file from your computer.

    • Indicate whether your file uses Order ID & Item ID or Transaction ID for order identification.

  5. Match your CSV’s column headers to the corresponding fields in ReplyDesk.

  6. Use fallback values when needed:

    • For instance, if all shipments use the same carrier, set that carrier as the default value instead of including it in each row.

Your tracking information will now be updated. By following these steps, you can efficiently manage tracking details for all your orders through ReplyDesk.
